Q: How much does it cost to use the app? uBack is available at no cost to donors via the App Store or Google Play Q: How do I get a refund? If you need a refund, contact us at support@ubackforgood.com with the following details:  Your name  Date of donation  Nonprofit donated to  Description of why a refund is needed  Attach a picture of your history page in the app where the donation is logged. uBack will respond within 48 hours.  Q: What processing fees apply to my donations? uBack is committed to ensuring charities receive as much funding as possible to support their mission. Q: What makes a nonprofit ‘Featured’? uBack works hard for our supporters and our nonprofit partners. Periodically, uBack leverages the featured list to highlight nonprofits running campaigns so supporters looking to make an immediate impact can do so easily.  Q: How does the 'Near You' search capability work? uBack will present nonprofits from within our database that are located in your geographic zip code. To do so, uBack leverages geo-location tracking functionality on your phone. If this functionality is disabled, uBack will not present any nearby nonprofit options.  Q: How is the list of ‘Suggested Nonprofits’ created? The suggested nonprofit list is created based on the causes you ranked within your profile to help you find the organizations you already love and discover new ones. You can change the ranking of your causes by going to Menu > Profile > Sign-in > Reorder my priorities.  Q: How does the ‘My Nonprofits’ search capability work? uBack understands that supporters are likely to donate to the same organization multiple times. The "My Nonprofits" list will show the nonprofits you have donated to previously.  Q: How can I refer a nonprofit organization to use uBack? You can invite nonprofit organizations to uBack by visiting the "About" tab within the app. Click the "Refer Nonprofit" link, and enter in the nonprofit's name, contact person and a valid email address. We will contact the nonprofit organization on your behalf.  Q: How can I refer a friend to use uBack?  Invite your friends by visiting the "About" tab within the app. Click the "Tell a Friend" link, and an email will pull up on the screen. Enter your friend's email address, and he or she will receive a link to download uBack.  Q: How secure is uBack? Very secure. uBack is proud to partner with Bank of America to process your donations and store your credit card information. Bank of America is PCI compliant and often acknowledged as one of the most secure merchant service providers. Q: How can I connect my company with uBack?
